Same Page is a ready-to-run youth group game designed to build real connection through meaningful, either-or questions. Players don’t just vote, they try to predict what the majority of the group chose, earning points for being “on the same page.” With editable slides, printable tools, and minimal tech required, this interactive youth ministry game makes it easy to turn group building into a game!
Who Knows the Group Best?
Same Page is a two-step voting game for youth groups where players first answer meaningful either-or questions privately, then try to guess what the majority of the room chose. It’s competitive, surprising, and reveals points of commonality between players. Students quickly discover who they align with, who thinks differently, and discover worthwhile conversation.

Reveal Commonalities
Same Page isn’t just about getting the right answer… it’s about understanding the people in the room.
The included questions start off light and funny, but slowly progress to thoughtful and reflective, giving you space to keep things energetic or pause for discussion. Because students will physically stand with others who voted the same way, they instantly see who they have the most in common with.
Ask a few players why they answered the way they did… and watch your students open up. In minutes, a simple game turns into intentional conversation making Same Page perfect for youth groups, retreats, camps, and small group nights.
How does it work?
1) Students Vote
Students complete the included printable survey, answering 20 questions about their preferences. Leading the game this way ensures students answer honestly and can’t change their answers later on.
2) Question Revealed
Open the PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation and display the first question. Everything is pre-formatted and editable, so you can use our included questions, swap in our bonus ones, or customize them yourself.
3) Guess the Majority
Students predict what each question’s most popular answer was. When they think they know, they grab one of the printable answer tokens to lock in their prediction. Those who know their friends best will have the advantage!
4) Take a Stand
To reveal the results, students physically move to the side of the room that matches their original survey response. Suddenly, everyone can see whether their prediction was correct, and who they’re aligned with.
5) Award Points
Anyone who correctly predicted the majority earns a point. But the real win is the discussion that follows. Ask a few students why they chose what they did, and this simple voting game becomes meaningful connection.
